The Solution | A strategy was formulated to provide Rapid Response Services support to the Ministry of Electricity by supporting the operations and maintenance of critical systems in the electric and water sectors and subsectors. The services and support include:
- Experienced O&M system experts placed at the disposal of the Ministry of Electricity on a quick response basis.
- O&M support to the Ministry of Electricity by expatriate specialists, backed by specialists in the U.S., the U.K. and the OEM’s who are available to various plant sites for assistance.
- Provide critical spare parts – these parts are provided to increase reliability, availability, power output, and efficiency on a quick response basis.
- Identification and supply of tools and testing equipment to various operating plants on a quick response basis.
- Training in the areas of electrical Generation, transmission and distribution systems, and security.
- Access to a Rapid Turbine Engine Training Program.
- Access to an OEM Service Package.
- Delivery of a cost effective security solution.
