Position Title: Construction Manager

Position Description:
This position provides overall administrative and technical expertise and support on a number of projects or one very large project. The incumbent is ultimately responsible for the project managers' performance with their respective project's budget, schedule, general performance, and profitability.

Major responsibility is to provide proactive leadership in:

  • Assisting the Operations Manager to do whatever is required to make the district successful.
  • Being an ambassador of the company both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring that project safety standards and environmental programs are adhered to at all times.
  • Monitoring and assessing the performance of the overall project, the project managers, and Superintendents.
  • Assisting in all aspects of project planning.
  • Reviewing project status reports and information on specific incidents with Operations Manager.
  • Assisting in securing new jobs by gathering required estimates, working with subcontractors, and/or participating in the development and presentation aspects of the proposal process.
  • Mentoring, coaching, training and supervising Project Managers and other staff.
  • Liasing with other Construction Managers, owners and clients.
  • Labor Relations.
  • Ensuring optimum utilization of labor, material, and other resources across all projects.
  • Project performance, monitoring of schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, eqipment maintenance, safety and environment, quality control, and Quest programs.
  • Assisting in preperation and negotiation of claims/disputes with the owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing project closeout.
  • Participating in the recruitment and deployment of personnel.
Position Requirements:
  • Graduate engineers (structural, civil, environmental and water/wastewater treatment).



Position Title: Chief Financial Officer(CFO)

WSGI is seeking a highly motivated CFO to oversee all financial activities of the company.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Develop strategic business plans and financial forecasts relating to financial management.
  • Develop/maintain company’s financial management policies and ensure compliance with applicable law and Board policies.
  • Present company’s financials to shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
  • Review financial statements, prepare and execute SEC filings.
  • Oversee all aspects of company financial controls.
  • Manage revenue and audit functions.
  • Automate data collection and reporting functions.
  • Maintain the company’s books and produce monthly financial statements for reports to the CEO.

Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct experience as CFO.
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective communication of ideas, problems, and instructions in both written and oral forms.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and short and long-range goal implementation.
  • Experience interacting with lenders (in terms os financial reporting, covenant and borrowing base calculations, etc.)


Position Title: Contracting Officer

Position Description: Major Responsibilities include:
  • Leadership and development of business proposal and contract documents between company US Government and Subcontractors.
  • Performs the final review of contract actions.
  • Provides final signature authority.
  • Negotiations between US Government, Foreign Governments and Subcontractors.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on contract and compliance issues to management.
  • Maintain contracts database and files.
Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of procurement and contract-related experience.
  • Strong management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to handle a substantial workload.
  • BS Degree and Master’s Degree in Business or other technical related fields.


Position Title: Engineering Design Manager

Position Description:
Iraq Power Team is seeking an Engineering Design Manager. This position requires Master’s Degree in Engineering. Plus 5 or more years of directly related experience in design, analysis, and studies of power generation projects. Must have experience with piping design, fluid/flow analysis, equipment specification, etc. and experience developing alternative solutions to unique design problems. Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for partial or entire projects as assigned.

Position Title: Program Assistant for Engineer Management

Position Description:
Develop technical support documentation, specifically, test plans and procedures. Provide support in development of technical manuals, field change, bulletins and specifications. Manage, coordinate, support, perform and track activities related to providing contract related administrative and technical support services. Coordinate, schedule, attend and document working group meetings and conferences. Prepare, record and distribute minutes of all regular Program Management meetings.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Assertive and a strong demonstration of implementation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Well-developed social sensitivity and ability to work effectively with management.
  • Superior experience with Windows based software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).


Position Title: Proposal Manager

Position Description:
The individual will be responsible for the management of the proposal development process and will actively participate in proposal preparation process. He/She will coordinate all aspects of the proposal development process to ensure a successful and timely production of a high quality document.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • The development and evaluation of bid plans and strategies.
  • Providing proposal development expertise to the Proposal Process, by utilizing a disciplined, consistent and pragmatic, and practicable approach.
  • Developing the proposal schedule/plan.
  • Creating timelines on which the entire proposal development process is managed.
  • Reviewing all outlines, storyboards, text and graphics for clarity, conformity, consistency and completeness.
  • Managing production of proposals from cradle to grave and ensuring the timely delivery of crackerjack and complaint-free proposals to primary contractors or clients.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Minimum.
  • 5+ years direct experience with all aspects of Proposal Management.
  • Experience with all sizes proposal efforts involving multiple team members.
  • Ability to develop proposals that demonstrate a leadership presence.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with others.
  • Posession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).


Position Title: Sr. Engineer Specialist/Combustion Engineering Specialist

Position Description:
Experience in commissioning, inspection and repairs. Must have Sr. level experience with GE, turbine engines, and or Siemens turbine engines. MSE desired. Must be familiar with power plants and fuel systems. 5+ years of Sr. level experience, excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have experience in using M/S products software, experience in planning and conducting experimental design verification.

Position Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Position Description:
WSGI has a position available for a skilled and proactive Administrative Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing confidential administrative assistance to the President/CEO and company management.
  • Coordinating a variety of business-related activities for the company.
  • Interfacing with outside vendors and subcontractors, scheduling meetings, and preparing a variety of business reports and documentation.
  • Processing payment vouchers and issuing periodic account statements/reports.
  • Composing business correspondences.
  • Updating the company’s website.
  • Proofreading and editing reports. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work for extended hours as needed.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
  • Five or more years of administrative/office management experience.
  • Professional demeanor and good work ethics.
