Waria Salihi, Co-CEO, Iraq Power Team. President, Salihi Group International. Mr. Salihi is the President of Salihi Group International located in Kirkuk, Iraq. He is also the Chairman of the Kirkuk Economic Development Network in Iraq. He has over 15 years of experience in engineering management, construction management, security management, and international finance. He has direct experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, GRD, and Iraq Ministries of Utilities in the reconstruction of the critical infrastructure of Iraq from 2003 to the present.

Lawrence E. Gillespie, Sr., Brigadier General, USA (Ret.) General Gillespie is a senior executive with over 30 years of progressive and demanding leadership in National Security and military aviation as a General Officer in the U.S. Army. He is a recognized authority in many of the technical challenges and solutions associated with Homeland Security and National Defense. As a civilian, General Gillespie has held a series of increasingly important positions with the Air Transport Association, Hughes Aircraft Company, Raytheon Systems Company, NCI, Hampton University, and Eagle Force Association. Tony Thornton, President, Turbine Technology Services Corporation. Based in Orlando, Tony Thornton is directly responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth and operations in the international power generation and energy markets. Mr. Thornton and his management team completed a management buyback of Turbine Technology Services and they are now in the process of re-establishing their global power generation businesses. Mr. Thornton holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from the Glasgow College of Technology (now the Glasgow Caledonian University) and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.

Carl Bartoli, PE, Consultant Project Executive. Mr. Bartolli is an engineering and construction business executive with 30 years of domestic and international experience in the utility industry. This experience covers all facets of the engineering and construction industry including project management, project development, senior line management and executive positions. Mr. Bartoli served as the Executive Vice President of Foster Wheeler International where he was responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the Engineering and Construction Group in the development of projects in the U.S. and South East Asia with an installed value of over $2.8 billion dollars.
